Bacio Divino Cellars 2017 Janzen Cloudy's Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: Aromatically the richest of the 2017 Janzen trio if by just a bit, the Cloudy’s Vineyard bottling sports a distinctive mocha-like aspect and lots of loam soil smells in league with its ample, fully ripe black currant fruit and liberal complement of creamy oak. It is full and supple in feel with particularly fine-grained tannins affording back-palate firmness without pushing it toward puckery astringency, and, while a Cabernet that ideally wants another half-dozen years of age, it is surprisingly easy to access in its youth.
